He shows how every system of the body is directly operated from your body's water intake and he presents a lot of research and anecdotal evidence making it abundantly clear that the first thing that is indicated in any health problem is check for adequate water intake. Before you do anything, do something like this: begin drinking a large glass of water before bed, one when you wake up, one before each and every meal and finally find a few other times in the day to drink a bit. Put a pinch of sea salt in your water for taste, minerals and electrolytes that compound the effects of your water. You will feel so good when you're providing your body with adequate water.
